Glasses, crying and fourth year
Last Wednesday, I got one of the major revelations in life... I need glasses. As in, eye glasses. Hahaha. I have astigmatism and it looks like I'm near-sighted. ^_^ So... my mother let me pick an eye glass frame, and guess what color I chose? Pink! And why pink, you ask? Because of... *drumroll* Jigglypuff!!! Hahaha. (Kamae, you are really crazy. Hihihi. ^_^) So, from now on, I'll be wearing glasses when I'm looking at things far from me, like the blackboard with writings on it. Argh. Well, I'm still not used to the feeling wearing it because it feels, well, different. Anyway, I like the way I look with glasses. ^_^ I look more mature. ^_^ (As if I think "that" mature. Hahaha. ^_^)
Yesterday, Thursday, was one of the few days I had no urge to open the computer at all. Very untypical of me. I was too tired. All I did when I came home from school was nap, wake up and watch Pokemon while eating, read a chapter in our economics book, read my daily Scripture, then go to sleep. I'm just really, really tired.
Well, today, after I watched Pokemon in Cartoon Network, I decided to watch a Pokemon movie! (How typical of me to bombard myself with more Pokemon after having Pokemon. Hahaha.) And guess what I decided to watch? Pokemon 4ever!!! Yes, Celebi, the voice of the forest. As usual, I cried and cried again. It's not because of Celebi, though. I didn't even cry when Celebi died. ^_^ It was because of Ash and Sam's friendship. It conquers time. (I am sobbing again.... Waaah.) It was so touching when Professor Oak was looking through his sketchbook and he said the words, "It seems like it was just yesterday.". All along he knew that Ash was the boy he met before and even if he kept that part of his life a secret, he had always treasured that moment. (I am crying right now. So much for my weekly crying ritual. Well, that's good. It releases stress. Did you know? People who cry have long lives because they release their stress. Haha. Now I'm smiling again. ^_^) Well, I love this movie along with Pokemon 8: Mew and the Castle of Choas. Guess what the common theme was? Both friendships formed in theose movies conquer time! ^_^
