2nd Lieutenant reporting as ordered, sir!

Oh, finally! I'm no longer a CAT officer candidate! I'm already an officer... thank goodness! After all those torturous, weight-loosing days.... finally, I already became a 2nd lieutenant, platoon leader of Alpha 2, the girls' "model platoon"... and what's more? There are only 9 girls in my platoon! Weee... Hahaha. That means easier computation jobs for me. Good.

By the way, I love the badge. It's a half-sphere, solid brass (making it look gold), about the size of your pinky, with a very faint line in its diameter (it's probably because of the mold. I don't think there should be a line there.). It reminds me of a pokeball or the Marsh badge (You know, Sabrina's badge?) or Jigglypuff (because I'm such a Jiggly-brain). Jerico was laughing about the fact that the thing that motivates me on becoming the officer is a badge that reminds me about Pokemon and the "lieutenant" title (You know, Lt. Surge... as in the gym leader of Vermillion city. Now, that makes me wonder... Is he a 1st or 2nd lieutenant? Hmmm...)

School has been hectis as usual, and I can't believe I'm being more studious! Hahaha. It's good to know that Pokemon is already in its Johto season and old fans are starting to get the Pokemon-fever again... Anyway, Till then!

Multiply

I can't believe I actually made a Multiply account. Adn what was the reason I made one? I cannot comment! Hehehe. ^_^ I love putting comments on photos, so it was inevitable for me to register an account after more than 2 years of visiting other people's multiply. Here's the link to my page:

I've uploaded some pictures in it. I plan to upload more soon. Till then! ^_^

Humanities Week and Happy Meals

Phew!... At last! The ever torturous (yet always fun) Humanities Week is over! It was really stressful preparing for our class presentation in the Interpretative Dance. All of the sections competing really worked hard, and I congratulate all my batchmates for a work well done! ^_^ *applause* Even though if we didn't win... Actually me and Nico (especially Nico), cried because our dreams of winning at least third place was crushed. Our section may have not noticed it, but I also wanted to win in that contest... (I don't know why, but I'm always that kind of person who stays in the background of things.) As people always say, "God has a great plan for us." Who knows, maybe, we will bring home the bacon in our Paskorus (Christams choral competition)!

After tons of times being "sermoned" by my parents because of always letting them wait during this week (and the previous week... rawr the preparations we need to do for the Humanities Week), it was a good thing I endured them all, because My Mom... and Dad, whole-heatedly bought me those Pokemon Happy meals! (Happiness!!! ^_^) The Pokemon-crazy person in me (The part which can't live a day without doing anything pokemon-related... My instinct tells me to just do something related to Pokemon at least once a day... Or else, if I don't, that means something's wrong with me... I probably am sick, or I got amnesia. hehehe.) I currently have 4 of them, Lucario, Pikachu, Charizard and Mew... and I'll be completing them by the end of the week! (Happiness yet again.)

Oh yeah... The week before the Humanities Week, my Mom and I went to a bank and we lined up in a cashier in order to pay a SINGLE transaction... and it took us 40 minutes to reach the cashier! (Imagine the boredom of being in the bank with nothing to do.) Only to find out that we were in the wrong line! (Rawr the bank! They didn't even specify where you should line for which!)... Well, my waiting for my Mom paid off because she agreed to buy me Pokemon figurines (and 26 of them!!! Weee... Imagine how much I saved... 26 figurines X 25 php each figurine = ____ php) all to her expense! Patience does pay off after all! ^_^ (Now my only problem is where to put all my Pokemon stuff because my shelf dedicated to Pokemon figurines is already exploding.)

I promised to tell details about the Pokemon pre-release... well, aside from having fun in this event (and my parents going on a food trip inside the Podium due to waiting for me), I finally proved to myself that my brain has an analytical/ logical side! (Hooray for me! ^_^) I won 2 out of 4 matches (Not bad since I am one of the less than 5 girls in the tournament. ^_^), one of the matches wherein I was paired with Patrick. (Yes, Patrick. As in Patrick Abarquez, my tournament buddy, ex-classmate, chit-chat person, fellow Tsubasa Chronicle fan.) It was a very fun match... Well, because you can be yourself, make fun of your opponent when he makes a wrong move, when you got what you needed... and he wouldn't mind because he is your friend. ^_^ The most exciting match was probably the last round, wherein me and my oponent, Steve Abbu, ran out of time in our third match (having a 1-1 win), resulting to a draw... So, as expected, this led into a sudden-death match. (My first sudden-death ever.) My heart was racing and my hands were cold and shivering during this last round because losing this match meant losing a booster pack (Oh... the cheapstake that I am... doing everything just to get bargains... *sigh* In case you don't know, a booster pack is given to the winner of each round). The match was head-on, and since I had no option left, I used my always reliable technique, which is retreating my pokemon. If I didn't use this technique, I would've probably lost. In the end, Steve's defending pokemon was both paralyzed and poisoned, making me win! Weeee! That's the most intense match ever! Thank you Steve, for being a great opponent! *salutes*

Well... till my next exciting adventure! ^_^
